1. Check the power supply voltage
Find the DC positive and negative connection switch power supply, connect the 220V power line to the switching power supply (after confirming that the connection is correct, connect to the AC or NL terminal) and plug it in. You will find that there is a light on the power supply, then use a multimeter, DC to measure the voltage between V+ and V-, to ensure that the voltage is between 4.8V-5.1V, there is a knob next to it, you can adjust the voltage with a Phillips screwdriver. In order to reduce the screen heating and prolong the life, the voltage can be adjusted to between 4.5V and 4.8 when the brightness is not high. After confirming that there is no problem with the voltage, disconnect the power supply and continue assembling other parts.
2. Connect the power supply
Turn off the power first, connect V+ to the red line, V- connect the black line, connect to the control card and LED unit board, and connect the black line to the control card and the GND of the power supply. The red line connects the +5V of the control card to the VCC of the cell board. 1 power cord per cell board. When you are done, check to see if the connection is correct.
3. Connection control and unit board
Connect with a good cable. Pay attention to the direction, you can't reverse it. Note that the cell board has two 16-pin interfaces, one for input (in) and one for output (out). The input near 74HC245/244 is the input that connects the control card to the input. The output is connected to the input of the next cell board.
4. Connect RJ45 network cable (data cable)
Connect one of the completed network cables to the computer's network card port or the sending card network port, and the other end to the control card, and connect the remaining control cards one by one in the form of A-B and A-B.
For best compatibility, the T568B standard is generally used when making straight-through lines. The RJ45 crystal stylus sequence number should be observed as follows: the front side of the RJ45 plug (the side with the copper needle) facing itself, with the copper needle facing up, one end of the connecting cable facing down, 8 copper from left to right The needles are numbered 1 to 8 in sequence:
1 white-orange, 2 orange, 3 white-green, 4 blue, 5 white-blue, 6 green, 7 white-brown, 8 brown
5. Check the connection
Check again that the connection is correct. The black line is connected to -V and GND. The red line is connected to +V and VCC +5V.
The red line is connected to L, the blue line is connected to N, and the yellow and green lines are grounded.
Turn on 220V and open the downloaded software. Under normal circumstances, the power light is on, the control card is flashing, and the LED display screen is displayed.
