1. Unreasonable layout of leakage protector

2. No effective secondary or tertiary leakage protection is formed within the protection range

3. Leakage protector itself has certain limitations


(1) the current leakage protector, no matter electromagnetic or electronic, adopts magnetic induction voltage transformer to pick up the leakage current in the main circuit of the electrical equipment. It is impossible to arrange the three-phase or three-phase four-wire in the magnetic ring for complete balance. The three-phase electrical load of the full-color led display screen is also impossible to be completely balanced. Under large current flow or high overvoltage, a certain electromotive force will be induced in the magnetic ring with high magnetic conductivity, and the electromotive force will be large enough to cause the leakage protector to trip. As the higher the rated current, the leakage protector adopts a relatively large magnetic ring, and the leakage flux is also relatively large, and the leakage current has to overcome the magnetization force of the magnetic ring itself, which leads to the larger the rated current, lower the sensitivity and higher the rejection rate of the leakage protector in actual use.


(2) there is an uncertain operation area between the rated leakage current and the rated leakage current. When the leakage current of the leakage protector fluctuates in this area, it may cause the leakage protector to trip irregularly.


4. Unreasonable selection of leakage protector


(1) rating of the switch used in the leakage current action more than 30 ma or is more than rated current electrical equipment more than twice the leakage protector, or with the delay type leakage protector, due to the increase of leakage current action rating or a reduction in the protection sensitivity, the leakage fault occurs, the end leakage protector without action, the higher leakage protector can action.


(2) when the full-color led display is energized, the starting current is usually relatively large, which may cause the leakage protector to trip. Therefore, should be as far as possible in batches to the display box power. In addition, generally should choose to surge over voltage, over current is not too sensitive electromagnetic leakage protector; Or choose the electronic leakage protector 1.5~2 times larger than the rated current, but as the final leakage protection, rated leakage action current should not be greater than 30mA.


In short, frequent tripping of leakage protector is the result of various factors, the most important is to reasonably arrange leakage protector, reduce the protection range of the two or three leakage protector, the correct selection of leakage protector and wiring, so that each range of the two or three leakage protector in the effective protection state; On the other hand, strengthen electricity management and improve the quality of electricity personnel through training, eliminate non-electrical wiring, which can not only improve the safety of electricity consumption, but also reduce the frequent tripping of leakage protector, to create better power supply conditions for the normal work of full-color led display.
